REFUND POLICY

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will be issued to players who leave the program within the first 30 days of the program start date. Refunds will not be issued until all outstanding equipment has been returned.

Deductions and Fees

All approved refunds will be processed less the following fees:

  • Insurance Fees: Amounts already paid to Football Canada and Football New Brunswick for insurance are non‑refundable.
  • Transaction Fees: A fee will be deducted to cover any credit card or transactional costs incurred through the online registration platform.
  • All fundraising tickets must be returned at the time of withdrawal, and the refunded amount will be less any tickets sold.

Equipment Returns

  • Any equipment issued to the player must be returned to the Capital Area Minor Football Association.
  • If equipment is not returned, an invoice for the full replacement cost of the equipment will be issued to the player or parent/guardian.
